Grow-out Cockpit
The AGL Grow-out Cockpit provides advanced analytics into flock grow cycles uncovering operational, health and welfare insights. Further drilldown exposes media files (video and sound) associated with the insights.
The AGL Mobile App provides the Grower 24.7.365 access to his grow-out flocks. Alerts are driven to the mobile app that link to the media file associated with the alert.
Water Analytics
Water Analytics provides an aggregated farm and enterprise level view into house water consumers. Benchmarking multiple houses’ water consumption provides opportunity to uncover water waste value.
Energy Surveillance
Energy Surveillance identifies high variation in house energy consumption provides opportunity to uncover house defects and grower operating procedure gaps.
Feed Line Surveillance
XYZ Farm has experienced a number of feed line outage. Our system monitors the feed lines and fires off an alert to the AGL mobile app for the grower to review the insight, investigate and resolve.
Air Quality Surveillance
ABC Houses 10, 11, and 12 had significant ammonia issues at the onset of the flock. Through the management process, we decided to administer PLT in the house to save the birds from respiratory distress and eye ulcerations, dramatically reducing ADG and flock payout.
Flock Huddling Surveillance
Optimizing and managing controller schedules by season (temperature curve, ventilation, ++) based on bird density and comfort. Running this system and evaluating the density distribution of the entire house remotely at one time allows us to make determinations. This will prevent a grower from making a snap decision upon one or two observations. This process truly allows behavioral patterns to help manage bird comfort.
Facility Surveillance
We were asked by XYZ Poultry to develop a human/lighting detection model using vision AI. Several times, we were able to let the grower know that the lighting schedule was off track, which allowed for immediate corrections. We never evaluated a missed day of the grower being in the house during production periods.
